Wake up eye-level with Biltmore Estate, with the French Broad River below and 8,000 acres of estate land on the far bank.

The Ridge is built for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. Each of its four floors has its own purpose: a game room and 100-inch TV wall for evenings, an open kitchen that seats twelve, three king suites with private baths, and a top-floor wellness level with a hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge and gym.

It suits bachelorette and bachelor weekends, wedding parties, family reunions, company retreats and ski or trail groups. Biltmore Village is about 9 minutes away by car and downtown Asheville is about 13.

The full gym, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge were a fun addition, and I think we all spent some time enjoying the high-quality massage chair.

Bachelorette weekend
The highlight of our stay was definitely the 4th floor gym/spa space and we spent an entire afternoon alternating between hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. Would highly recommend for any group looking for the perfect place to stay in Asheville.

The location is great and convenient for those looking to do anything in Asheville or the surrounding area. We especially appreciated that all the beds were adult-sized instead of bunk beds for children.

Party of 9
The home has tons of amenities including a game room, hot tub, cold plunge and weight room. Arguably, Megan's place is one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at, and I would stay there again the next time I visit Asheville.

Family stay
This place is amazing. It is so unique and fun. The location is perfect for exploring, but you could never leave the house and not run out of things to do. The hot tub overlooking the river was very relaxing. We lifted some weights, walked on the path by the river, played PacMan, and watched tennis on a huge screen TV.

Reunion · 14 guests
We had a great stay with 14 women for a reunion weekend. Well-stocked kitchen, some fun features (we didn't have time to try them all), great hanging out space for a big group, comfortable beds, fantastic location for Ubers around town.

Megan & David

We're Megan and David, the owners of Happy Soul Properties. We built The Ridge for the trips we like to take ourselves: a big group, a full itinerary, and a house good enough that nobody minds a slow morning in. We stocked it the way we'd want it, from the coffee bar to the game room, and we're a quick message away for local recommendations or anything you need during your stay.

Asheville is special to us. Our photo is from a day exploring Biltmore just before we met our baby girl, and we hope The Ridge becomes the backdrop for a few of your own favorite memories.
